Honorary Secretary

- to serve as the Secretary of the General Assembly and as Secretary of the Executive Committee;
- to execute all official documents when an official signature is
required, provided that the Executive Committee may authorise any other
officer to execute official documents when necessary or appropriate;
- to supervise the safekeeping of all records in the Secretariat other
than those pertaining to financial matters;
- to maintain a Register of Member Societies
- to notify all Member Societies of all meetings, regional and
international of the Federation;
- to forward to all Member Societies an Annual Report of the
Federation;
- to perform such other duties as provided in the Bylaws.
