The Treasurer acts as the official custodian of all funds of the Federation. He is responsible for a detailed accounting of all receipts and disbursements and the safekeeping of the financial records and securities of the Federation He submits a written report at each meeting of the Executive Committee and General Assembly concerning the financial transactions of the Federation, the funds in his care and his actions as Treasurer. He recommends a per diem allowance applicable for the following two years for approval by the Executive Committee.
